Spoiled / Mimos

A Pensar em um ser mimado, o corpo cresce, mas a mente é imatura.
Pensa que é adulto, mas ainda é imaturo, no entanto, eu aprendi que todo o circuito vem de um recurso,  que é  ; 
 " O que você é agora, é o reflexo da sua infância".
Como um bebê mimado, acha que o mundo é  da forma que ele ou ela cresce ou cresceu, cercado por estes mimos.
 Também vem  a esse meio ambiente, como um ser, que escolhe o caminho que, ele ou ela fez acordo para viver nesta vida.
Assim, esta situação tende ser tão imatura, vai ser repetitivo repetitivo, até o crescimento chegar.
Uma das ferramentas para ter esse crescimento, por exemplo, pode começar, em ter consciência, e buscar valores positivos existentes a respeito do crescimento e evolucao.
 O engraçado é que, esta consciência pode até vir, por exemplo, quando um corpo físico, da pessoa em particular, estár com 73 anos ou mas ainda. ou ainda mas cedo quanto novo ou na meia idade.
 pode ser tambem levar muito mas tempo ainda como : Ele ou Ela poderao nao ter atingido essa  maturidade, ate pode vir na próxima encarnação, mas ele ou ela terá a missão de manter o crescimento.
 este é o processo planetario que saiba.

Thinking about a spoiled child, the body grows up, but  the mind is immature.
Thinks that is adult, but  is still immature, however, i  have learned that all circuit  it comes from one resource,  what you are now, is  the reflexion of your childhood.
As spoiled  a baby, thinks that the world is like the way he or she grew up, surrounded by  this spoiling.
It  also  comes  from the enviroment, as a being, that chooses the way that, he or she made agreement to come into this present life.
So, this situation tend be so immature, can  be so repetitive repetitive, until the growing up finaly arrives.
One of the tools to have this growth, can starts first with having awareness, and other positive values concerning about  in growth.
The funny thing is, this awareness even can come over, example, when a physical body,  from, particular  person, is with 73 years .
He may not come, can come in next encarnation but he or she will have a mission to keep growing up.

Uruguay President





How’s this as a man of the people: The president of Uruguay, José Mujica, has earned a nickname, “el presidente mas pobre” (translation: “poorest president”).



The 77-year-old recently admitted to the Spanish newspaper El Mundo that he donates almost all of his presidential salary, making him the poorest, or, as Univision pointed out, most generous president, in the world.

El presidente explained he receives $12,500 a month but keeps only $1,250. The public servant told the newspaper, “I do fine with that amount; I have to do fine because there are many Uruguayans who live with much less.”


He and his wife—a senator who also donates part of her salary—live in a farmhouse in Montevideo. His biggest expense is his Volkswagen Beetle, valued at $1,945.

Perhaps not surprisingly, under the former guerrilla fighter, who was elected in 2010 as a member of the left-wing coalition, the Broad Front, the country has become known for being one of the least corrupt on the continent.



Mujica has no bank accounts and no debt, and he enjoys one thing money can’t buy: the companionship of his dog, Manuela.

Fashion journalism involves all aspects of published fashion media, including fashion writers, fashion critics, and fashion reporters. The most obvious examples of fashion journalism are the fashion features in magazines and newspapers, may also includes books about fashion, fashion related reports on television and online fashion magazines,[1] websites, and blogs. Since pieces often deal with "tendencies" and "trends", which are subjective or speculative, fashion journalism does not carry the overall procedural and deontological aspects of professional journalism.



The work of a fashion journalist can be quite varied. Typical work includes writing or editing articles, or helping to formulate and style a fashion shoot. A fashion journalist typically spends a lot of time researching and/or conducting interviews and it is essential that he or she has good contacts with people in the fashion industry, including photographers, designers, and public relations specialists.
Fashion journalists are either employed full time by a publication or are employed on a freelance basis.
The career has grown in importance in other media with the release of films such as The Devil Wears Prada (2006) and Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009) and The September Issue (2009), and television series such as Ugly Betty (2006–10).




Fashion journalism and the internet

About half a year subsequent to pioneer fashion resource named Fashion Net's launch at the outset of 1995 came American Fashionmall and French ELLE. Fashion Live produced Internet's first live fashion webcast of Yves Saint Laurent's runway show in 1996. CNN Style and Hint Magazine arrived in 1998. The following year saw the rise and fall of Boo.com as the company burned through $135 million in 18 months.[2] Style.com, the online umbrella for Vogue and W, started in 2000. Style.com is not a journalistic website but a resource to show the complete collections of selected fashion shows (among the most notorious brands) each season. Following a tiff in 2007, W left Style.com making it the online home for Vogue alone. In the late 2000, Beauty Flow magazine flourished with exclusive content for editorials, portraits and reports.

Coolhunting is a term coined in the early 1990s referring to a new breed of marketing professionals, called coolhunters. It is their job to make observations and predictions in changes of new or existing cultural trends. The word derives from the aesthetic of "cool".







In this they resemble the intuitive fashion magazine editors of the 1960s such as Nancy White (Harper's Bazaar 1958–1971).[citation needed] Coolhunters operate most notably in the world of street fashion and design, but their work also blurs into that offuturists such as Faith Popcorn. Many webloggers now serve as online coolhunters, in a variety of cultural and technological areas.

Coolhunters are found in many different places. The most popular are:

Firms
A coolhunting firm is a marketing agency whose exclusive purpose is to conduct research of the youth demographic. They then compile their data and produce reports detailing emerging and declining trends in youth culture as well as predictions for future trends. These reports are then sold to various companies whose products target the youth demographic. They also offer consulting services. Coolhunting firms often provide services for some of the largest corporations in the world.

In-house
Rather than outsourcing their market research, some companies opt for in-house youth culture marketing divisions. These divisions act in much the same way as a coolhunting firm but the reports and data collected remain within the company and are used solely to promote its products. A company will often prefer this form of coolhunting as a way to gain an advantage in the valuable youth market since the research conducted by coolhunting firms is available to anyone willing to pay for it. A prime example of a company that employs in-house coolhunting is Viacom's MTV television network.

Methods and practices

Coolhunting is much more than simple market research because of the nature of the subjects. The teen and preteen market is often referred to as a "stubborn" demographic in that they do not respond well to blatant advertising and marketing campaigns targeted at them. Coolhunters therefore must be more stealthy in their methods of gathering information and data.

Focus groups

Focus groups, though quite obvious in their attempts at gathering information, are very popular among coolhunters as they provide direct insight into the thoughts and feelings of their target demographic. Coolhunters will typically gather a group of randomly selected individuals from their target demographic. While one or more market researchers interact with the group, they are often being monitored and recorded by a non-visible group, because not only do coolhunters want to hear what their subjects have to say, they also want to observe their simple mannerisms.



Depending on the nature of the study, the methods of the information-gathering during a focus group interview may be extremely broad, with questions relating to lifestyle and youth culture, or more specific, like comparing certain brands and determining which brands the group is most responsive to.

Participants in focus groups are usually rewarded for their participation, whether it be a cash amount, free products, or other rewards.

Undercover coolhunters

Coolhunters will often seek out individuals from within their target demographic who are regarded as leaders or trendsetters. They will then hire these individuals to be undercover coolhunters, who gather information secretly among their peers and report their findings back to their employers.


This is a popular method of coolhunting as it provides insight into their target demographic within their natural environment.

Online coolhunting

There are a wide variety of methods for conducting market research online. Popular examples are online surveys where upon completion, the participant will usually receive a prize or monetary compensation. Other times coolhunters will enter chatrooms and webgroups posing as an individual within the target demographic and gather information.
